What was the highlight of Hotel Valdemoro
Great value for money accommodation with everything you need for a short stay
Breakfast was good, facilities and choice met expectations. The aircon was broken when we arrived and they offered the opportunity to cancel. The aircon was fixed during the following day.
The neighbors across the street were very loud until around 4am.

What was the highlight of Hotel Valdemoro
Ok for a one night stay.
Very clean, bed linen was very good. Parking was very tight as we have a long car but very handy as parking was a problem otherwise.
The fact that our floor was rented out to a school party and was extremely noisy. Shouting and door banging until we spoke to a teacher to get the noise level down.

Disappointing stay.
The receptionist who greeted us when we arrived was very friendly and helpful and accomodating.
The receptionist who was on duty in the morning was very abrupt telling us breakfast wasn't included.We said okay that's fine. When checking out we stood in the reception waiting to pay for breakfast but there was no one there so we decided to take our luggage to the car and I would go back and pay for breakfast. I was about to go back into the hotel to pay when the receptionist came up to us and demanded we gave her our credit card which I declined. I went back to the hotel to pay for the breakfast she was very rude she threw the card receipt at me and said DENADA which in Spanish is no problem! She is the rudest person I have known in the hospitality industry.

The woman at the reception was very nice and the proximity with the park.
Noisy in the room the while night because of air-conditionning & the neighbors above
